Hi,
My name is Dominik and I present a weekly show on the London radio station 'Resonance FM' (www.resonancefm.com) called 'Shanghai Underground', we play all types of Chinese underground music - from electronica to post rock, noise to folk etc/
So this week we are doing a show about Chinese folk. I don't know a huge amount about the Beijing music scene (I lived in Shanghai), but I have been told that there is a great scene for experimental folk music. Could anyone possibly tell me a bit about prominent bands/artists, and/or provide me with some weblinks? Your help would be very much appreciated!
